The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
